4:30 your body doesn’t adapt that fast or linearly, definitely not 50 calories the next session. Those this mean you’re burning 400 instead of 500 on your second session for the same distance or are you burning 100 calories on your eighth session? Even if it did, you’d make up the difference by increasing pace, never getting a full sprint pace of course

University of Kansas measured him at 13'3", 13'0" and 12'6" when he got fat. The 13' max vertical reach where when he was younger. His standing reach was 9'6". So that means the 13'3" was a 45" running vertical, the 13'0" was a 42 inch running vertical and the 12'6" was a 36 inch running vertical. The 12'6" was when he was "fat" on the lakers.

Finally a basketball short that actually has good information. The last 5 that have popped up have all been terrible. If you are learning the game, take it from a 40 year old weekend warrior this is the sort of information you really want.

This is actually all MJ. Squaring in the air on the pull up was MJ's mastery (scissoring legs and point the right leg towards the rim). MJ and Kobe always needed squaring in the air when pulling up right. *This is something Lebron cannot do.*

Before getting shifty, master straight line drives at full speed and simple, single-move change-of-directions at full speed. Being shifty is all about feints and you first must have a weapon the defense is worried about for them to work.

It's important to note that plyometrics is for tendon elasticity and heaving, slow loading is for tendon stiffness. You need both. Just hopping around like a kangaroo is not going to get the complete job done.

It only takes one bad landing to be down and out for many months. Of course, if one's perfectly sober and sleeps enough, this might be an occurrence that never happens. But the jumping should be a mindful activity taken very seriously; its health benefits are such that you'd want to incorporate it into your lifestyle to ward off arthritis. (I've got arthritis in my left knee, but when I do the Masaai jump at home, it's really relaxing and helps my knee flexibility.)
